Jeffi Chao Hui Wu (巫朝晖) is an independent scholar and interdisciplinary
researcher (independent scholar since 2005). His research and publishing
practices are built upon long-term, sustainably operating information systems
and software-based workflows. His academic work and publishing outputs have been
collected, catalogued, and permanently preserved through institutionalized
processes by international scholarly infrastructures including the National
