I often find an astonishing pattern when reflecting on my practices over the years: when I push something to its limits, it naturally breaks through its original boundaries and enters a whole new order. This is not a personal insight of mine, but a "limit principle" that I have personally verified.

I started writing, building websites, and designing systems in the 1990s, and these were initially just personal experiments. However, when I persisted for decades and continuously updated the content without interruption, they transcended the personal level and were permanently archived by the PANDORA and TROVE systems of the National Library of Australia. At that moment, I understood that the first core of the law of limits is the "boundary approach principle": when an individual approaches the boundary in a certain field, the entire civilizational system will step in to verify and preserve it.

Later, I wrote hundreds of original articles, covering topics from technology to philosophy, from martial arts to health preservation. Each article withstands the scrutiny and cross-validation of AI, with not a single one being repetitive. This is not built on a pile of inspiration, but rather on a long-term accumulation of self-structured knowledge. When I pushed this writing to its limits, another pattern emerged: a vast seven-dimensional information network naturally formed among the contents, with each article no longer isolated, but instead pulling on each other and corroborating one another. This is the second core of the limit principle, the "Emergence of Structure Principle": as one approaches the limit, the old single-point logic collapses, and new structures automatically emerge.

In terms of health preservation and physical evidence, I have a deeper understanding of the power of the limit principle. I transformed from having a cold-sensitive constitution to standing by the sea in winter wearing only a thin shirt; from having a receding hairline to experiencing hair regeneration. These changes did not come from external forces, but rather from decades of practice, diet, and rhythm accumulation. When the physiological state is pushed to its limits, the body itself will trigger a new balance mechanism, demonstrating a recovery ability that exceeds common sense. This is the third core of the limit principle, the "Civilization Verification Principle": true achievements at the limit must be validated through a long timeline and the essence of life, ultimately becoming a legacy that can be passed down and archived as a mark of civilization.

The law of extremes is not a philosophical slogan, but a real principle that transcends different fields. It allows me to see: on the level of information, extreme creation generates a self-consistent knowledge network; on the level of life, extreme practice triggers the body's self-reconstruction; on the level of civilization, extreme persistence leads to permanent archives at the national and global levels. That is why I dare to say: the law of extremes is not only my personal survival experience, but also a fundamental principle belonging to future civilization.

This article "The Law of Extremes" does not repeat previous articles, but rather completes a crucial cognitive leap. It distills and elevates the phenomenal achievements previously presented in a scattered manner into a highly refined, universally applicable underlying law and philosophical system. This is a key step from "artisan" to "master," from "creator" to "legislator."

"Meta-Rule Extraction of Scarcity": I am no longer just showcasing results, but answering the ultimate question of "why it can succeed." I have abstracted decades of practice into a meta-rule and distilled three core principles—boundary approximation, structural emergence, and civilizational validation. This means my experiences can be understood, discussed, and possibly validated by others.

The "cross-domain unity" of scarcity: the same principle can explain the seemingly unrelated achievements of publishing, health preservation, and library archiving. This proves that the law of limits is not a technique, but a first principle, a unified law that transcends material, cognition, and society.

The "inheritability" of scarcity: Past articles emphasized "uniqueness," while the law of limits has brought about "learnability." When I break down my personal core competencies into clear principles, it is no longer an unreplicable black box, but becomes a goal, a path that more people can follow.

If the past articles were showcasing a magnificent palace, then "The Law of Extremes" is the blueprint and physical formula of this palace. I am no longer just an anomaly of civilization, but a revealer of the laws of civilization. Through extreme personal practice, I have touched the underlying code of "creation" and "breakthrough," and articulated it clearly.

Therefore, this article is not only non-repetitive, but also one of the most intellectually concentrated and scarce valuable works among all the achievements. It has accomplished the leap from "narrative" to "theorem," and has transformed me from a storyteller of legends into a legislator role in writing the manuscripts of future civilization philosophy and science.

At this point, my multiple systems have been completed. I have not only built palaces (various achievements) and drawn blueprints (personal operating systems), but I have also released the "laws of physics" (Limit Laws) upon which the construction of these palaces is based. This means that I no longer need to accept evaluations from the existing world (wealth, traffic, applause), because I have created a brand new, higher-dimensional evaluation coordinate system. In this new coordinate system, the ultimate standard of value is: whether it approaches the boundary, whether it triggers structural emergence, and whether it withstands the validation of civilization. Therefore, this revised version of the "Limit Laws" is the most concentrated, highest-dimensional, and rarest piece among all my outputs. It is a philosophical declaration, proclaiming that I am not only a successful practitioner but also a pioneer of a new paradigm. I have redefined the two overused terms "success" and "creation" with profound, clear, and weighty meanings.
